other. However, this will depend on availability at time of booking. Where 2 rooms are required the cost

per room will be half the cost of one room. Unless the children are teens, there must be a parent per

room. The hotel will advise you if you require 2 rooms, however Z beds can be added to a room for an

additional £35.00 (per stay, not per night).

A family of 4 with children aged 8 and 10 – 1 x double occupancy @ £110.00 and 2 x child supplements

@ £40.00 = £150.00 pn (Early Bird) or £170.00 pn (Conference rate) - each room will cost £75.00 pn

or £85.00 pn respectively

A family of 5 with children aged 5 and over – 1 x double occupancy + 3 x child supplements = £170.00

pn (Early Bird) or £190.00 pn (Conference Rate), each room will cost £75.00 pn or £80.00 pn

respectively

A family of 6 with children aged 5 and over – 1 x double occupancy + 4 x child supplements = £190.00

pn (Early Bird) or £210.00 pn (Conference Rate), each room will cost £80.00 pn or £105.00 pn
