Registration Line

The Registration Line will open on Saturday 14th May at 8 am for First Timers only (including First Timers who attended the Virtual Conferences). It will remain open until Saturday 21st May at 11 am. Thereafter, the Line will reopen at 12 noon for everyone. Everyone attending the Conference MUST register, it is not just our T1 heroes who require to do so. When completing each registration form, answer the questions in relation to each person being registered, please do not include information about your T1 on any registration form except their own. Every question requires an answer to register each person. If you have omitted to answer a question, it will not allow you to proceed with your booking.

£95 pp aged 6 and above: £45 pp aged 3-5 years: FOC for ages 0-2 years

Registration fees are for the Conference only: hotel accommodation is NOT included.

Registration Fee Refunds

Available until 15th September 2022. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of £15 per person. T-1 Today UK® is not only subsidising each registration fee, but also covering the booking fee per registered place.

Conference Daily Plan

Thursday 27th October

• Conference Registration Desk open 10 am - 7 pm
• Focus Groups hosted by our Platinum Sponsors (more information to follow)
• Exhibition Hall opens at 3 pm - visit our Sponsors and Exhibitors booths
• First session (18+) Brian Kennon, our Medical Advisor with the Sponsors on technology updates: Youth Icebreakers, aged 4-17 years, at 7.30 pm
• Reception in the Exhibition Hall with our Sponsors and meet Conference Faculty at 8.30 pm

Friday 28th & Saturday 29th October

• Conference Registration Desk open 9 am both days
• Exhibition Hall open all day both days
• 4 sessions both days for all delegates (18+). First session on Friday morning is the Opening Keynote, thereafter 3 breakout rooms, including full programme for Adults/Young Adults (18+) with diabetes and their Significant Others
• Full Youth Programme (0-17 years)
• Movie Night (Friday)
• Teen Offsite Trip to Action Glen, Crieff Hydro (Saturday)
• Family Party (Saturday)

Sunday 30th October

• Conference Registration Desk open 9.30 am
• Exhibition Hall open until 11.30 am
• 2 sessions for all delegates (18+), including Closing Keynote

Youth Groups

Children must be registered as their actual age as at 27th October 2022 and cannot be moved up or down to be with other family members or friends: each group’s programme is age specific
